I have currently started in a new office and am just wondering what people use for phone messages? We are currently using written ledgers which is very antiquated to say the least. I would guess that most people use Microsoft Outlook and then just email to the particular person.
A record of all of the phone messages would need to be kept on a daily basis so I'm not sure if there is some software that could work in conjunction to save this in e.g. a daily folder like 23rd February 2010?
