Parents Phone went down on Friday afternoon and they logged a call with Utv, who in turn logged it with Eircom
Phone only came back today. They also have Broadband so they could not connect to net
Father asked Utv accounts for a reduction on the Broadband bill for these 4 days but Utv said they can only do this if phone down for 4 business days
Are the right with this ?
Parents dont pay line rental so they dont have to pay that, just a bit PO with Utv attitude over it
