Just wondered if anyone could advise please?
In Feb 09, I signed over to a phone & broadband package (not sure if I can name the provider?). All my details were given inc. direct debit details.
Last week our phone went to taking incoming calls only. We couldn't make any!
I logged into my account (phone/broadband provider) to find that they hadn't taken ANY money from us at all!
I e-mailed them & requested that they call me x 3 times to resolve the issue & make payment, but they are ignoring me
Can they disconnect your phone without conscent/warning & what rights do I have concerning them refusing to return calls?
