Is there a mimimum time for signing eg 12 months.Are the
providers obliged to tell you this or is the onus on you to
read the small print in a busy Q during lunch time.I was
caught in a contract with much lower prices now being offered.
Any advice please.
12 months is standard but depending on which handset you pick, could be 18 months. Break the contract and they'll come looking for the remaining monthly payments.
