Has anyone had this problem. I moved provider and my old one is insisting that I owe them even though my new provider had taken over the line for the dates in question. My old provider has now put the 19. euros with a debt collection agency. I moved because they could never get my account payments correct and I usually ended up speaking to people in India who's english was barely understandable and they had no idea about our banking online system here etc.
