Philips 'Go Gear' mp3 player frozen

Anyone have one of these?

Its a bit of a cheapie but after only 2 or months the screen has frozen whilst turning it off. It now permanently has the circle of stars that you would normally see it on it's welcome or exit screen.

I see there is a reset button - I assume this needs to be accessed by a pin head or something?

Had a quick google and someone said to just push that button in and (hopefully) that should kick start it again.

Thanks - seems fine now though. Just let the power die and when I went to recharge it's behaving normally so far.
