I'm hoping someone can help here. I purchased a second hand 307SW last year. No issues with it at all until last few weeks. The car is silver. I have noticed that there are what looks like fingerprint marks on several areas of the car that cannot be removed with rubbing. It shows up most in sunshine. The best way I can describe it is that is looks like it has been bleached. I have tried rubbing component and applying that silver colour paint enhancment solution you get in motor parts. The car has been in for a service to a Peugeot dealer but they had no ideas. It looks like someone put their hands on several parts of the car while they had some sort of chemical on it and its rubbed off on the car. Apart from the service the car has not been in the garage for any work. The marks are not in just one area which is why its stranger still.
