I am not a legal expert so cannot be sure if this implies that Laragan Development Ltd will become insolvent shortly - but it seems that a dispute centers around a snagging issue with Velfac Windows Ltd for a development called Carrickmines Green?
There is another High Court Petition against Laragan by the Plantiff "Coneelly Construction" - who were the main contractors in Milner Square Santry but whose contract has been terminated by Laragan. I am not sure if Velfac Ltd are a sub-contractor to Coneelly Construction, or if Coneelly and Velfac Ltd are two separate High Court Petitions.
"The judge said she would adjourn the petition hearing to next Monday in the “general interest of the company’s creditors” and “in the public interest”.
Laragan Developments Ltd has been granted examinership on Friday by the High Court.
