I am hoping to transport my cats from Ireland to the UK in the not too distant future - do I need official pet passports for this now? I have previously had them in their travel carriers in teh var as I have driven over on the ferry - however I was hoping to hire someone this time around but am being told by "professionals" that they need a passport.
