Have been trying to get a personal loan as past couple of weeks with little success (turned down by Sainsbury Bank and Zopa). Joint application with my husband and have only mortgage and 1 other personal loan have today got agreed in principle with Ulster Bank (whom we bank with) and also a company called real personal finance whom central capital seeked for us. Has anyone recently got loan from either, and if your agreed in principle is it likey loan will go ahead. We have never missed payments on anything before so our credit rate is good.
