Personal Loan (cheapest or comparison sites)

Which institutions, banks or otherwise are offering the best rates for personal loans at the moment? I'm currently paying two loans at two different rates and I want to see if I can consolidate them at a more favorable rate.

Is there a website out there that gives an accurate and up to date comparison?
Any recommendations for cheapest loan right now?

this doesn't include credit unions, some of whom have decent deals on car loans etc but wouldn't be suitable for your needs

Thanks, why wouldn't a credit union loan be suitable for my needs - do they not grant consolidation loans?

Came across uchoose somewhere - don't know anything about them nor have I ever used them but it doesn't cost anything to have a look !
