Motor Personal injury claim - Setanta Insurance

Hi all,

Bit of background first.

I was Involved in a car accident early in the year which was no fault of my own. At the time I claimed damages for the repair of my car through Setanta who were still trading.

Now I have medical expenses which I want to claim for, problem is Setanta are gone. Any idea what is the best way to proceed?
