I'm looking for a personal finance utility that meets as many of these criteria as possible
1. Is Free
2. Is Online
3. Includes support for Irish banks as far as downloading transactions is concerned
Any recommendations?

What bank are you with ? There's no package, either fee or free, that can download transactions from BOI 365 Online.

Tracking Personal Finances

As far as I know Microsoft Money and Quicken are no longer for sale? Can anybody recommend a good alternative? I see the Sunday Times recommended Account Tracker as an IPad app but I really would prefer something that I can back up and restore from if necessary.

Any guidance greatly appreciated. Thanks
