Permanent TSB New Credit Card 10.9 % APR

Anyone know when they are launching this new card ??? Will you be able to transfer from other companies ??

MBNA gold is already 10.9% APR. ( www.mbna.ie )
As I understand it the Permanent TSB card will have an APR of 9.9 % is being introduced in March and you must earn more than € 30k per year to apply. I'm sure they would love your business but terms and conditions apply.
