Hi All
Wife and i going for a mortgage.
After completing all paperwork we have come up with a slight problem.
While i am in a very secure job with a recent 10% pay-rise and promotion coming this year the Wife is in a different position.
She is called a relief worker with St Michael's House.
This is not listed as permanent on the salary cert through?
She has a letter stating from her manger that she has been employed from 2005 to present and is needed on a long term continuous basis.
Going back through the payslips and bank statments all mortgage payments for the last 5 years come from her bank and are well coverd from her pay.
The issue seems to be the Permanent role.
Would this cause us a serious problem???
Cheers for any replies in advance
