Hi I am new and have been looking around the site to see discussions etc...

I have got to wondering this evening about my own workplace. I work in a service industry and we have many branches and stats are a big part of our reporting.

I have worked "relief" in some of our branches, and though "branded", all operate a different style of business - no "uniformity".

Some are sales driven (new business) and others are customer driven (increasing sales on the current client base).

How can I bring this to the managements attention
 
This is my thought all the time but I am just a lowly employee so not sure how it would be "viewed"
 
Why don't you bring it up at your 1:1 or else have a chat with your line manager. You could always 'document' it with a pre/follow up email
 
The "memo" on the "subject" to the "management" would probably be "viewed" with their "eyes", "hopefully".
