Hi, I've been approved for a mortgage with Pepper but they have a list of areas that you can buy in. The area I'm from and want to buy in is too expensive but if i go 20km out the road I'm laughing!
Has anybody any experience of trying to get Pepper to extend their boundaries? For context I'm looking in Co. Meath. Everything in a line east of Trim, Navan and Enfield is on the list but I can only afford Kells, and surrounding areas.
Has anybody heard anything about this and how likely is it that in time Pepper will open up other areas?
