I am wondering if anyone can shed any light or have any experience with any issues over Credit Reporting by Pepper.
Are Payment Breaks being reported as Arrears
Are Restructuring events not being reported
Are Captalised Arrears still being reported as arrears
I was speaking to the Central Bank about incorrect Reporting I had with a client of Pepper. Anyway the CB stated that if PBs are being reported as arrears its incorrect. More so I then asked if a certain institution is falling foul of reporting obligations and they confirmed ditto.
I actually think they are insuffiecently resourced and their reporting is unreliable. They also seem to have significant problems re: Interest Calculation etc...which is basic.
I think teh reporting flaws might be systemic but people won't actually know unless Credit denied.
