People carrier (scenic vs verso)

Anyone opinions on either. Extended family and hobby that requires a big boot(or did one lead to the other :p ) means I need a biggish car. Am tied between the Renault Scenic or the toyota verso (Either 04/05 models). Verso is more expensive but Im having a hard time finding out why. Am going test driving this weekend.
 
Buy the Verso, it's much more reliable than a Scenic, it may cost more to buy but you'll get more when you sell.
 
i have a 1600 scenic, very comfortable and roomy would not buy anything other than a renault ,have always got trouble free motoring mpg is good also
 
Have a look at a Meriva - I've a 05 , very nice indeed.

Had prety much agreed on a Scenic until I tried it...
 
How many do you need to carry?

Ford's Focus C-Max is versatile, well built, and is the best driving and handling of the mini MPV's.

Decent value used, but strictly 5 seats only.
