You cannot get money back out of a pension except in limited circumstances (e.g. a refund of personal contributions only when leaving an occupational scheme before two years of membership or taking money from most sorts of pensions when unable to work any longer due to illness/disability). Your only option would seem to be to just keep the money invested for retirement. You should not be under any obligation to keep making regular contributions if you are doing so and can't afford them at the moment.
