Pensions Ombudsman Office Delay

Exactly 2 years ago I made a complaint to The PO Office. The IDR was waived and the complaint was accepted for immediate investigation. Despite numerous letters and telephone calls no report has been issued and I keep being told it will be completed but can't get a committment date out of them.

Now I know they are probably busy, but 2 years is a long time and I can't see anywhere on their website a timeframe mentioned.

Has anybody else had any recent experience like this with the Office?
