Pensioner reclaiming tax deducted by building society

My mother has an account in INBS , and gets a yearly update, including interest on account. CGT is deducted from A/C , and I believe you can reclaim this if you are over 65.

Can anyone tell me the form, and other information needed to do this.

Can payments made only be claimed back for the past year ??, normal timeframe is 4 years previous.

Form 54 claims can be filed for past years subject to the 4 year rule.
