I am 9 months into my new job, small business, my boss has not offered me a pension or said anything about it,I just what to know what are my rights regarding a pension should my employer be paying into a pension for me? if so do i have to pay into it also,as i might not be in a financial situation at the moment to actually be able to afford to pay money into a pension fund
