pension options

could anyone advise me about investing a lump sum into a pension fund
my employer does not run a scheme and i have built up a sum approx €50,000 I have an amount of money from my previous employment which is gone into a friends first uk property fund

Have you asked your employer about a PRSA. If your employer doesn't run a scheme, you have to be given access to a PRSA. Worth checking out.

My only advice is to check out the charges if you are investing a lump sum into a pension fund
