Pension options, moving to N. Ireland

Hello,

I am originally from N. Ireland and have been working/living in Dublin for the past 8 years. I have been with my current employer for 4 years and have a Defined Contribution plan with a value of approx. E15,000.
I am thinking of moving back to N. Ireland and was wondering what the options are with this money.
Will I be able to transfer this money into a new employers scheme in the North?
What exactly is a "buy out bond" and what does it mean if I go for this option
Would I still be eligible for any state pension in the South when I retire?

Thanks
