Pension contribution - am I getting tax relief

Hi,

I'm probably missing something quite simple here, but I just can't figure it out.

My salary is €60K per year and I pay 5% into my pension - so this is €250 per month. My employer matches it by 8%. In the "Deductions" section of my pay slip, I can see the €250 payment to the pension listed (as well as tax, PRSI, USC & LTP). Where does the 40% relief (€100) that I get on my contribution appear on my pay slip? There's probably a simple explanation, but I just can't figure it out.

Any help would be appreciated!

It doesn't appear as a separate item.

The tax is lower than it would otherwise be.
