Penicilin Medi Alert

My 4 year old has just been diagnosed with a penicillin allergy and i was looking to get a medi Alert bracelet or tag, does anyone know where i can get one of these, but not too bling bling, or big, or expensive??

I thought they had them in chemists?
I have to get one myself, i'm also allergic to penicillin.
