Just found out I missed the fixed charge notice in the post and have been summonsed to court. If I plead guilty, is it an automatic 4 points or can it be reduced to 2 depending on Judges discretion?
How do you mean you missed it? You either got it or you didn't. If you didn't get it I can't see what they can do you for. There have been numerous articles about this in the press. And, seemingly, some people told lies and said they did not receive the summons ............. whereby they got off!
what I mean is I delayed too long in paying the fine and then received the summons. I know its my own fault but is automatically 4 points if I plead guilty? that means the best i could do is reduce the fine?
