A friend of mine recently got a letter informing him that he had been speeding in his jeep and was getting two penalty points.
As he already has four points on his licence he thought he would pull a fast one (no pun intended) on the system and sent a letter back stating that his sister in law was driving at that time and as she lives in England and has a British licence she could not be penalised.
He was more than surprised when he received a reply with a copy of his photo and questions like "Does she have a moustash and is she bald?
