The FT paper does the lot but based on forecast earnings.

Currently (Yield and P/E):
UK- 2.9% and 15.1
Germany - 2.8% and 14.9
Dow - 2.5% and 14.8
Hang Seng - 2.8% and 13.7
The paper doesn't say what index the UK and Germany is based on but I would guess the UK one is the FTSE All Share as opposed to the FTSE100.
Nothing exciting about these 4 markets. All around fair value (middle range of their historical trading valuations). Neither cheap nor expensive verses history.
