PC running slow

When trying to open pictures,and opening internet for eg it takes way to long, when on the internet then no issue but opening seems to be really slow. I checked out what start up's on PC only a couple of thing and I disable them aswell.
Ran defrag and did disk clean up, Sometimes when I go into start then all programs it can take over a minute then another time straight away,
any idea what else I can do.
 
Processor and RAM size?

Are you storing a lot of high res. photos or video maybe?
 
Hello Pickle,

It seems to be that you have spyware\virus. If you do not have anti - virus install AVG Free

Also install Spybot (its also free) to get rid of any spyware that you might have.
