Hi, on my last payslip is had a minus figure for nonpensionable adjustment. Can anyone explain to me why I would have this deduction? If anything should it not be a positive amount?

Your employer has taken a deduction from your salary. It's been listed on the payslip as "non-pensionable" so that it doesn't have any effect on your pension entitlements. But only your employer knows why they made that deduction or what it's for.
