paypal resolution centre phone number from overseas

Hi I have recieved a message from paypal regarding resolution of my account. They have sent me a number:1890 943 220 unfortunately I'm overseas & cannot call an 1890 number from abroad.

Does anyone know their normal number or if possible it would be really really great if some one could call this number & get their direct line number that I can use & post it here.
