Payments to India

Have outsourced some work to India and am a little apprehensive wrt payment charges - Work is all fine - top notch quality etc etc - they appear reputable and preferred payment method (my preferance) is bank lodgement. the initial sums invloved are small and my biz a/c is with AIB. Anyone an idea what charges are ?

What currency is the contract in? Rupee/USD/Euro? I presume you need to 'put' a certain amount of currency into their nominated account. Do you know currency/banking system their nominated account is? This may determine what you need to do.

Alternatively, both of you could set up Paypal or similar accounts?

Thanks for the swift reply.. The currency is Euro and their options clearly state NO PAYPAL - Visa (not mad about this for obvious reasons) bank lodge (my preferrred)..

Any more ideas anyone?
