As some of you may know, a popular way of paying for off plan property in Poland is by paying installments throughout the build period.
However - occassionally you are allowed only put down 10% - with the remainder on copmpletion.
Why is the first method popular in Poland and not elsewhere?
Is there any significance attached to either payment schedule?
Does the latter type of payment schedule method suggest anything about the develpment/developer that may be worth knowing?
Or is it just a case of different strokes for different folks?
