I was made redundant in July after 10 years service. I have just noticed that I have being paying Payment Protection for many years. (c.E100 per month, sometimes more). The current balance on the credit card is c.12k and there are no arrears. I have not worked and am claiming JB since August.
After speaking to the bank yesterday they feel that I am entitled to a claim and will forward the relevant forms to me. Has anyone cliamed before, and could they tell me what it is actually worth? I an't locate the actual policy details. It is a BOI Gold Advantage card.
