Hope someone can assist. If my employer pays me in lieu of notice, can I expect holidays to accrue and ER pension contributions to accrue during the notice period? Also, the ex gratia redundancy is based on length of service, is the end date for this calculation the end of the notice period had I worked it, or the date of notification of redundancy, or is this company specific? I understand on the RP50 that the termination date is the later date. Thanks in advance.
