Paying tax on dubai property

I am thinking about buying a Property in Dubai, but I am not sure how much tax I am liable for on the rental of the property abroad. No tax is liable in Dubai. I am thinking about releasing the equity in my current home to fund the investment. If I was to recieve €8000 per year on the invested property, how much tax would I be liable for in Ireland. Can anyone help with this query?
