Paying duty on website and gift cards

Hi, Brand new to a drop ship/ party/retail buisness. I live in Canada and I am wondering if I have to pay duty on gift cards I buy from this US company where I get my products from they get them from China, Also I was wondering if I have to pay duty on a website that they built me.
