Paying bills from Ulster E-saving a/c

I think someone mentioned this in a post somewhere, but can't seem to find it.
Is it possible to pay bills (visa, esb etc) and set up SO's and DD's from Ulster Banks e-savings account, and set them up yourself online?
Can't find the information in their t&c's.

That was probably me.

No it is not possible to have SOs and DDs out of the e-savings account.

You can set-up payees mostly by ringing phone banking or on-line if they're certain common utilities or financials.

An additional restriction is you can only schedule payments out of the account no more than 30 days in advance.
