Can my employer switch me from PAYE to c2 after 20 years service , will I loose my redundancy entitlements ??

This isn't a straightforward question / answer.

Firstly, changing the name of the relationship from "employee" to "subcontractor" doesn't mean you aren't in fact an employee anymore.

Assuming you would in fact legally / for tax purposes be a subcontractor, then if he is terminating the employment relationship then that would be a redundancy, so I would expect you'd be entitled to your statutory redundancy (not my area of expertise, so we'll wait and see if anyone has a more expert view).

Thanks Mandelbrot , i suppose my fear of being switched to a c2 is that, will I loose my redundancy cause ill be self employed , my company transport will be taken and he can say at any stage I have no work for you ! Then do I leave the workforce with no redundancy and not entitled to draw stamps either ??
