Hi Guys

submitting my form 11 and just have one quick question. Last year I worked about 12 weeks as a paye worker mid way through the year.

As far as I know Im only allowed claim 12 weeks PAYE credit for that period of time as I was self employed for the rest of the year. My question is how do I submit this in the ROS form 11 as it only allows me to tick a box for the paye credit and it seems to be giving me it for the full year.

As its says Im due a refund when I dont think I am.

Thanks

you would get it for the full year as long as you have some paye income.

the PAYE credit would be granted to the value of the PAYE income only. so if PAYE income is €9,150 you get the full €1,830 ( which covers €9,150 in income ) . But if the PAYE income is only €5,000 the you get PAYE credit of €1,000. As you said ROS grants the full amount, I assume the PAYE income was at least €9,150.
