PAYE Implications for Education Deductions

I have just started a course which my employer is sponsoring. My employer has paid for the course in full up front and is taking a monthly deduction which. This is to be returned to me in full once I complete the course.

Does anyone know if this some will be taxed or what implications it will have on my PAYE?

Courses paid for by an employer for an employee can be paid tax free as long as the course is related to your employment.
