PAYE exclusion anywhere?

Hi All,

what I'm going to ask is a bit complicated situation, but I really hope some expert can help me on it.

I have been working abroad (Ireland) and I was born in Italy. In my current job I'm constantly travelling, this means that I'm not spending at all ANYWHERE 183 days to be liable from the tax point of view.

I didn't apply for any tax refund in Ireland so far, but my question is :

In this situation once I am going to ask PAYE refund, my home country (Italy)
could ask me to pay taxis on my incoming made abroad, even if I am not living there more than 183 days?

In this particular situation, might I not pay PAYE anywhere ??

Where are you working - countires and approximate dates per year?
What country is your employer in - Ireland or Italy?
Were you seconded from Italy to Ireland?

I would need a lot more information before commenting.
Give as much information as possible inclusing dates
