I am a paye employee earning 37k gross,all my taxes are above board to date....
However I am about to start up something which will earn me 2500 euro extra per year,and it is a rental type income,ie i will not be working just earning the 2500 rental per year......
Also in order to start my venture i need to get a 'tax clearance cert tc2' and will need to get a new one every year after this to carry on my rental income,do i need to register a business or landlord type earnings??
and how much tax on the 2500 can i expect to pay each year?
