PAYE employee looking to start part-time business - Adviced required on tax affairs

I am looking at starting a part-time business.I am currently PAYE and intend to keep my job.I am looking for information on how the tax affairs of the business would be set-up as the business would only be part-time.

You should consider doing a course on this - a lot of these are run by Enterprise Boards or as evening classes at local colleges.
