Hi,

Probably been asked before. Just wondered if anyone knows of a mortgage payoff calculator on the web somewhere that will give an idea of interest saved if I pay the odd lump sum off my mortgage ??

I've only got 2k possibly at the moment, but would love to reduce the term of the loan (25 years)... I know its worth doing, but to convince she who must be obeyed that 2k off the mortgage is better than 2k in savings, I'd like to show her....

Thanks

FBP.

Check out Karl Jeacle's Calculator here.

This fantastic tool allows you to calculate the effects of Regular Prepayments, Lump Sums, Interest changes during term, etc.

It is worth putting this in your bookmarks or favourites.
