Pay and File question

Hi there,
I recently got a pay and file reminder (year of assessment 2009 (I am a sole trader and have already submitted a return for 2009 via ROS A couple of months ago, so I am wondering why I got it. have confirmation from ros that I sent in return online. Should I ring tax office?

I am also wondering will I have to pay preliminary tax for 2010.
My total sales income from my business is pretty low so far
in 2010.

They seem to be sending to everyone regardless if filed or not.

if filed ignore it

In regard to pre-tax what was your 2009 tax liab if very small could say nil and balance it up early next year
