pawn shop

Hello i`m new around here i hope that i post in the right section
Anyway i want some help regarding a pawn shop.What is the legislation in Ireland for this kind of business?Which are the fees that are going to be paid?i have a lot of questions but maybe by telling me the legislation i`m going to figure it out
