Paving

Want to lay crazy paving out the back , I have layed the normal slabs before turned out fine, but with crazy paving do I need to put hardcore down first ,and then would I use sand as I did with normal slabs before or do I use a mortar mix as someone said crazy paving can move more easily than the standard slabs, any tips appricated thanks

Where can you get quarry dust 5 quarry to one cement is this right
